How to Ensure Accurate Reports

Report accuracy is dependent on data input. To ensure accurate reporting, consider the following:

• A unique patient MRN or ID is required for all activity input. Many reports depend on this identifier for functionality. Those activities without a unique patient identifier may not show on your report(s). 
• Date of birth should be accurately entered. If a DOB is incorrectly entered, reports will reflect an inaccurate total for specific age groups.
