Who do I contact for more information on the new ACS SSR?

If you have any questions about the new SSR including:


  • Launch date
  • Where/How to access the new system
  • Importing the old cases into the new system
  • Username/Password issues
  • Importing cases from the old system to the new


Please contact the American College of Surgeons at SSR@facs.org or via phone at 312-202-5408.


The current SSR help desk at caseloghelp@facs.org or (866) 694-2323 is run by Resilience Software staff and they do not have any information regarding the timeline for launch, features, or any other particulars of the new SSR, as it is run by an entirely different company.
