Our support team has the ability to impersonate your account, but will only do so when absolutely necessary. The necessary access to troubleshooting is granted to our support team when a concern or ticket is brought to their attention.
Any information you enter in a new activity that is evaluable can be viewed by your evaluators.
Your program directors can view any activities you have saved, evaluable or otherwise.
