Some common reasons for having multiple T-Res accounts:
- You used T-Res as a medical student, and are now a resident
- You have one account for logging cases as a resident, and another account for evaluating the medical students in your university
- You transferred to a different university/training program partway through your training
- Your program completely updated their setup, and the old setup is still accessible for historical data
T-Res does not currently recognize that multiple accounts are owned by the same person, nor are they linked together, so it is important to remember or write down your different logins/passwords in order to have access to all the accounts that you hold.
You may also wish to note which login has which level of access, as often logins are not descriptive of the difference. You may ask T-Res Support for a username change if it can help you recognize which account is which (e.g. jdoe.student vs. jdoe.resident).
