Inactivity notifications allow Training Programs to send automatic emails to residents who haven't submitted activities for a specified period of time.
Step 1: Click Program on the menu
Step 2: Click Inactivity Notifications on the submenu
Step 3: Click Add New Inactivity Notifications
Step 4: Complete the required fields
It is important to select "Original Submission Date" to ensure inactivity notifications are sent accurately.
Because procedure dates are stored as the first day of the month in which procedures are performed, inactivity notifications based on Procedure Date will be inaccurate.
Step 5: Click Save
