Using T-Res as the Program Director

This guide explains how to use T-Res as a Program Director.

 

Managing Residents & Staff as PD

 

Viewing Activities as PD

  1. Log in to T-Res using the Program Director account
    Contact T-Res Support  if you should have access to this account but do not.

  2. Go to Activities > View Activities




  3. Make sure that the Trainee Activities tab is highlighted green




  4. Set the date range of activities you would like to see




  5. Review other search filters if necessary

  6. Click Find Activities




  7. Activities appear by date starting with the most recent




  8. To view an activity, click View on the corresponding row

 

Viewing Evaluations as PD

  1. Log in to T-Res using the Program Director account
    Contact T-Res Support if you should have access to this account and do not.

  2. Go to Activities > View Activities




  3. Make sure that the Trainee Evaluations tab is highlighted green




  4. Set the date range of evaluations you would like to see




  5. Review other search filters if necessary

  6. Click Find Activities




  7. Evaluations appear by date starting with the most recent




  8. To view an evaluation, click View on the corresponding row
