Follow these steps to view your activities using the Quick Search feature
1. Log in to Your T-Res Account
Enter your username and password to access your account.
2. Navigate to Reports
From the top menu, click on:
Reports
3. Understanding the Reports Table
There are three columns in the Reports Page.
1st Column: Report Name
Displays the title of each available report.
2nd Column: Description
Provides a brief summary of what the report contains or tracks.
3rd Column: Actions
Lists the available actions for each report.
View – Opens the selected report.
Mute – Available for users who receive automated reports via email. Use this option to stop receiving email notifications for that specific report.
4. Generating a Report and Understanding the Filter
Once you click the View button for a selected report, you’ll be directed to the Report Generation page.
Let’s use Report 10 as an example:
At the top of the page, you’ll find the Report Filters section. For Report 10, there are two available filters: Start Date and End Date.
⚠️ Filters may vary depending on the report you choose to open
After setting your preferred filter options, click the View Report button. The Report Data will then be generated below based on the selected filters.
5. Navigation and Saving a copy of the Report
In some cases, Reports may take several pages. Here is the guide to the buttons located at the reports navigation.

Back to the previous page
Page number/ Jump to page
Forward to the next page
Jump to the last page
Back to Parent Report
Keyword Finder
The floppy disk icon on top will allow you to export the generated report. This will allow you to export the following options:
Excel
Excel 2003
PDF
CSV
5. Subscribe to a Report
This option allows you to receive reports to your registered email address automatically.
Once you fill up the schedule for your report automation, click on the Save button below.
In the event you change you no longer want to receive the automated reports, you can simply "delete" this automation.
