Some common reasons for having multiple T-Res accounts:
- You used T-Res as a medical student and are now a resident
- You have one account for logging cases as a resident, and another account for evaluating the medical students in your university
- You transferred to a different university/training program partway through your training
- Your program has completely updated its setup, and the old setup is still accessible for historical data
It is essential to remember or write down your various logins/passwords to access all your accounts.
You may also wish to note which login has which access level, as logins are often not descriptive of the difference. You may ask T-Res Support for a username change if it can help you recognize which account is which (e.g. jdoe.student vs. jdoe.resident).
As of T-Res ver 3.15, users are now allowed to instantly switch accounts. They can do this by going to "Manage Accounts" located under the dropdown at the user's name. After clicking on the Manage Accounts option, the user will be prompted with a pop-up where they can insert another account for instant switching.
Web switching:
1. Login to T-Res
2. Select Manage Accounts on the drop down menu located on the upper right side of the interface.
3. A pop-up will then appear asking you to fill in the username and password of your other account.
Once you enter the username and password click on "save".
4. You will be able to see the other account on the drop down menu the moment you want to switch to that account.
Mobile Switching
- Login to T-Res account
-
Tap on the Menu (Hamburger) Icon located on the upper left.
