Open the T-Res App
Launch the T-Res Application on your mobile device.
Start a New Activity
On the landing screen, tap “New Activity” to begin creating a new record.
Select an Activity Form
Choose the Activity Form you wish to complete from the list provided.
⚠️ This page will depend on whether your program has multiple Activity forms. After tapping on "add activities it will take you straight to that if activity form if only one form is available for your program ⚠️
Fill in the Required Fields
Complete the form by entering the necessary details.
• Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required and must be filled out before saving.
• You may leave non-required fields blank if they are not applicable.
Save Your Activity
Once all required fields are completed, tap the Save Icon located at the top-right corner of the screen to store your activity.
