On your mobile device, you can use our Form Fill Assistant feature. This allows you to fill up your form by simply taking photos of your notes.
When you reach the screen where you input activity details into fields. You will notice the Form-fill Assistant field on the top-most part. There, you will be able to tap on the Camera Icon to start taking pictures of your notes.

You will then be directed to the confirmation screen, where you are able to verify the data that is to be filled on the fields.
Once that's completed, you will return to the activity screen where you can save your activity with the filled-in details.
