On your mobile device, you can use our Form Fill Assistant feature. This allows you to fill up your form by just speaking the details that happened during the activity.
When you reach the screen where you input activity details into fields. You will notice the Form-fill Assistant field on the top-most part. There, you will be able to tap on the microphone icon to start dictation.
After you dictate your activity details, tap on Fill Form.
You will then be directed to the confirmation screen where you are able to verify the data that is to be filled on the fields.
Once that's completed, you will return to the activity screen where you can save your activity with the filled-in details.
